St. Anne’s Pub
St. Anne’s Pub is an audio magazine that is a ministry of Christ Church in Spokane, Washington. I had listened to some of the recordings a few years ago, but the sound quality was really poor, and it made it difficult to hear on the trip we were on at the time. I downloaded the most recent set on Hollywood before we left for Jackson last Thursday. I have to say we really enjoyed it. I really enjoyed an interview they had with Brian Godawa, a PCA guy from California who wrote the screenplay for To End All Wars (an excellent movie, very well done, with a definate Christian worldview, highly recommended).
I am currently listening through one from last Fall on enjoying wine, a topic we Southern Christians need all the help we can get on.
It reminds me a little of the Mars Hill Audio CDs, which I’ve only heard a couple of. Basically they all sound similar to the type of interviews and commentary you might hear on NPR.
Also, because Christ Church Spokane is a sister church of Douglas Wilson’s church in Moscow, ID, you also get the added feature of hearing Wilson’s cultural commentary segment on each show. I should say the two commentaries I’ve heard so far have been outstanding.

Cool. I added the movie to my queue and have been inspired to drink some wine.
I hope to download the recordings in the next few days.
Wes - how totally out of character for you.
This sounds very interesting. Someday, when I finally get my own laptop (yeah!) I may get to check this out.
Sarcasm, eh? How out of character of you, Kelly.
